Frequently Asked Questions
There is no delivery charges for any of our products. We offer free delivery and ensemble across any of our product range.
We use paypal as our payment processing provider and therefore accept all major forms of payment including PayPal itself, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.
This entirely depends on the product. We hold small quantities in our stock as most of our furniture is made to order, by hand and takes a few weeks to produce
We try to, however, process our orders as quickly as possible and wouldn’t expect to exceed 4 weeks from making an order. If you are worried about timelines, please contact us to see what we can arrange.
The only customer data we store is related to the orders we process, which includes your Name, Surname and Address. We make sure that this data is protected using the appropriate procedures in line with today’s GDPR regulations and we are registered with the Jersey’s Information Commissioner to collect this data as required by law.
In terms of payment information, we will never store or collect that ourselves, this data is solely processed by our payments provider PayPal and is never recorded outside of the payment procedure.
After you place your order, it goes directly into one of our workshops, either here on the Island or to one of our European partners. If in stock, it will be packaged and sent using our logistics network, if not, it will be hand made by one of our specialist carpenters – don’t worry though, as we will keep you notified about the journey of your product every step of the way, from production to delivery!
You will recieve an order confirmation and a receipt upon completing an order, if you need a formal invoice please get in touch.
Unfortunately not yet, however, we are planning to open a showroom in the coming months, so watch this space for upcoming news!
